I picked up a copy of Railroad Model Craftsman magazine and Toy Train Heaven has quite an extensive add, with competitve prices. Was looking for feed back from anyone who has dealt with them
Thanks in Advance.

I haven’t dealt with them, but they are huge. They should have good service.
TTH is the mail order branch of Bowser Mfg. and English Model shop. They are very knowledgeable and have a very large inventory. Most of the stuff they advertise, they have in stock so you don’t have to wait 4-6 weeks for your order. I have found them to be very nice and fair to deal with.
I’ve ordered from them many times.

Not directly, but I just had to put a 4-6-2 down. [:(] Engine was frozen solid.
Years ago they were very good, but lately they have screwed up some of my orders.
I placed an order with them around Christmas time. They shipped it to me very quickly and were quite curtious. I would do business with them again.

A top notch company, great service, great prices, especially with Kato Unitrack.
I ordered a K1 and K2 Unitrack sets as gifts for my son-in-law and they got them right out to me and at a lower price than anyplace else I’ve found. Highly recommended.
Good supplier.
TTH is one of my favorite internet/mail order sources -
The English family is great to deal with…

I have had only positive experiences with this company, but you shold know it has been a couple of years since I ordered anything from them.
One thing also to keep in mind - they’ve been around for quite a few years. I’ve ordered from them a couple of times and have had no problems.
I find their ad pages and pages of small type extremely boring and have never even bothered to check them out. As soon as I come their page, I skip over 8-10 pages to something more interesting. I do check out other ads though. Would it hurt to spice them up a bit?

dealt with TTH for years, never had a problem.
I ordered from them for the first time last Monday, received my order on Wednesday! Very satisfied.

They seem to feel like they’re simply providing a well structured listing of their products instead of actually trying to “advertise” or drum up business. If you’re shopping for specific items it’s quick and easy to zero in and check their prices for them. They’ve done it this way for so long it is apparent that it must give them good ROI for their advertising dollars.
I have been buying from TTH since the 1980s and have never had a problem with them, Great place to buy model railroad supplies; locomotives, cars, track, etc.

My first purchase from TTH was also in the 80’s. Would much rather have a place with great service than flashy ads.
