Has anyone used these for lettering locos and rolling stock. I have used these quite often on my structures but I wonder how well the lettering would hold up on pieces that could get handled frequently. I wonder if spraying them with dull coat or some other sealant would provide adequate protection for them and keep them from flaking off.
I have used them to renumber cars with good results. I just spray them with acrylic dullcote.
yeah, they work great. just spray with dullcote. i renumbered a locomotive with great results
I have good success with Dry Transfers. My only grpe with them is they have to be in their final spot before you put them on.
