Mod Podge and gloss medium are entirely transparent. You can tint as desired, but I tend to apply over a painted surface and use them straight. Either can be poured I suppose, although they are mostly useful when applied with a brush.
Yes, it will. Only if your pilings arevery close together, the surface tension of the product will keep it from flowing in. Poking it with a toothpickis sufficient. You don’t have to “paint” it.
Rob – to your point, yes Liquitex does pour out with a lot of bubbles, especially if you shook it. It worried me the first time, but they rose up and popped on their own.
