F unit diaphragms

Now as I have about 25+ Athearn Genesis F units (from F2- F9) I would like to know if anybody can tell me which ones and when did have diaphragms.

I have the just one set of Athearn Genesis F units, F-3’s. They do not have diaghragms. Great locomotives though. I can hardly wait to get the F-7’s.
