You are very welcome for the heads up. Well we had received coupons from Delta for abusing us in Atlanta last year on our way back from LAX. We only have 1 year to use them & the time on them would expire in Sept. So it became a situation of use them or lose them. Delta announce a special fare from here to Vegas of $238.00 R/T. With the use of the coupons that meant for us it was only $138.00 R/T which to our way of thinking was a super bargain so we hopped all over it. Do not mind combining BJ & trains in the same trip either. [:o)][:o)]
have fun in LV too bad it did not expire until october or november because they have a hockey team there

Thanks we are using Vegas just as a base as there was where the El Cheapo fare was to. Actually we are going directly from the airport to the train watching area of Daggett/Cajon pass/Colton & Riverside which are all west of Vegas by some miles. We will also be going east of Vegas to Zion & Bryce National Parks in UT. Sorry buddy minor league hockey is not a very hi priority for me[8D]

I was in Calif last year when #4 hurricane hit. Delta delayed me 1 day so I weeped all the way back to Colton CA to watch all the action there. In case you are interested the only damage my house encountered is a cracked window pane. Also 2 of the 4 hurricanes did not even come close to me. One hit Florida’s W/coast & the other hit the Florida panhandle. I live on Florida’s E/coast about 100 miles north of Miami. [:D][:D]
