Tichy makes an economical prototype wheel, with solid bearing journals, but who would know, that will look better than the pointy ones found on HO rolling stock.

I made a wheel lathe for the interior of my shop. I’ll have to see if I have a photo that I can post.
Thanks for showing us the neat work!
I sure like that beat-up Pennsy gon, too [Y]

Thank you for you kind reply
I have the Tichey wheels and my point in building this wheel shop is that is from memory as a wheel shop forman, and I want to use all those plastic wheels in various ways.
Im in the process of making roller bearings for the wheel sets, have about 150 more to go

That’s a great scene.
Did you scratch build it or is it a kit/kitbash?
I agree with Ed - the gon is very well done! You should do a ‘how to’ thread on how you shaped the sides.
Dave
I did the don about ten years ago and my first attempt, propane torch, hot socket and pliers LOL
The building is scrach built, the overhead crane is a walters, of which I lighteded up, like to make it my own look, just like to fiddle with things and enjoy doing it
A very railroady scene.
Nice.
