Galesburg Web Cam,Comments

Any one know what is going on with Cam there.Has been really good fast loads,but now slow and sometimes dont load at all.Also the feature where you can control cam,some one always moves it when Amtraq comes in or there is good video of trains by the station platform.You get plenty of the roof tops as it is always moving and lots of tops of telephone poles.Is it monitored by some one.Great WEb cam with lots of range and clarity.Thanks to the rail people at Galesburg Illinois.

most likey the slowness is due to a lot of people on it but im not sure. the thing about peole moving the webcam to roof tops i hate as well i hate the controllable webcams people move it where ever and you miss stuff cause of it i especially had problem w/ that on the fort mad cam somebody moved it just to see someone kiss someone on it right as a train goes thru its a rail cam not a kiss cam i knw the person was doing on purpose w/ th man who did the kissing cause the kisser was on the phone and laughed about afterwards cant they make the all webcams fixed cause on they’re a lot better on the Galeburg cam if they put it on the crossing you can see everything including the numbers of the locos and another thing peple put it on the signals on the station side of the crossing and keep it there and total dont show the Quincy main branches off and miss stuff on there

I especially had problem with that on the Fort Madison cam. Somebody moved it just to see someone kiss someone on it right as a train goes throught. It’s a rail cam, not a kiss cam. I knew the person was doing on purpose with the man who did the kissing cause the kisser was on the phone and laughed about afterwards.

Can’t they make the all webcams fixed? They’re a lot better on the Galeburg cam if they put it on the crossing. You can see everything including the numbers of the locos. Another thing - people put it on the signals on the station side of the crossing and keep it there. That doesn’t show where the Quincy main branches off and you miss stuff on there.

White space and capitalization are your friends as well.
