To fill the gaps when you make a cut in your track, is there any kind of silicone or something that would fill that gap. What is recommended for this? I could use some ideas Thanks
Some use styrene or epoxy to fill the gap. A styrene shim glued in filed and painted is almost invisible.

depending on scale- and of course is it an insulated gap or not…
Solder of course being the best noninsulating gap filler imho
z-n- a drop of superglue allowed to dry and filed smooth.
HO- a drop of superglue or a styrene shim glued in place
O,S,G- glue a shim in place or fill gap with solder and file smooth
