Garden City, GA Derailment 1988

I know this is very old but anyone know what happened here? Derailment was at Central Junction north of Amtrak station where two CSX lines and one NS line cross I believe. CSX or Seaboard had the derailment.

I know that area well but dont know what happened. 1988, would have been CSX.

Did not see any NTSB report on it.

That area is Northwest of Savannah, Ga. Could not find accident at Garden City, Ga. Many time there are locations listed with names peculiar to that specific area, they might not be listed in an atlas style listing.

According to the notes the Accident was in September,1988 and the train was Q690 of CSX.
