Is t Gary, IN the same kind of wasteland as Detroit?
Last time I was in Gary it wasn’t doing so hot a couple years ago.
Gary is still struggling but the Miller area is doing fairly well. There are some new developments there and people are moving INTO the area. Makes sense to make improvements. As more people move in, more money is collected that can be used to boost the rest of the town. Also, Detroit is slowly getting better too.
