Good Job on the How To. The video was well done as well showing an excellent layout. [tup]
Hard to believe you got sound in that little thing.
Wolfgang:
Excellent as always. Really a neat running little unit.
For those of us who have a Grandt Line unbuilt kit or built kits we would like to upgrade, could you provide the details of the Bull Ant mechanism: Model number, gear ratio, etc that you used, so some of us could upgrade our model.
I have the kit I am planning to use to model a cement plant switcher. Would love to end up with a smooth running DCC sound unit like yours.
Many thanks!
Chuck
I’ve ordered Motor Bogie BullAnt
one 2 Axle BullAnt
16.5mm Gauge, 1015 Motor
Wheelbase: 21.4mm, 60:1 Gears
Wheels: 9,6mm 110 disc
Later I’ve exchanged this with same type but silent drive with highest ratio!
Decoder is LokSound micro together with the speaker.

Wolfgang-As always…YOU ROCK!!![bow]
Very nice work.[:D] Looks like you went even further with your kit than I did with my Athearn Hustler.[:D]
The Grandt Line diesel is shown as a powered model. Is the stock drive a poor runner?
With the original drive it did run, but very jerky and only fast. Maybe I’ve built it not correct. I wanted to know and proof what I’ve heard. And the pulling force is low. With grade no cars!
