Monto3,
[#welcome]
The best way to find out about posting photos is to look at one of the “Sunday Photo Fun” threads. At the end of spankybird’s postings there is normally a link to the “How To”.
Have fun and enjoy. As far as the Acela that is a neat looking set but it is well out of my budget. [:D]

[#welcome] Monto 3 ! Here is a link, in case you don’t find the Sunday Photo Doug mentioned. [img] http://www.past-timehobbies.com/photoposting_instruct/index.htm[img]Do you have a layout already, & is this going to be your first train ? Well, enjoy the forum here, lots of info if you need it. Thanks, John

No and No. I do plan to make a layout though. For the trains I have wich are all by lionel o-gauge; Daylight # 4449, Pensylvania postwar series( no clue what It is called), Big boy # well its that limited one, Warhorse (sp), amtrak dash-9 with pasenger set. let me now if i can post my age.

Monto, it sounds like you’re off to a good start. And yes, you can post your age here. You can also put a lot of info in your profile. I’m wondering where you live, or at least what state or city you’re from. Sounds like you’re a student, if so, what grade are you in ? Thanks again, John

ok just to let you know i am in 6th grade,11 years old and live in MA. Thank you for your help csxt30

You’re welcome Monto, & don’t forget to look in on The Sunday Photo Fun. Be sure & post some pics. when you get your Acela ! Thanks, John

Monto,

When I was your age ( don’t you just hate to hear those words from an adult ) I had a Marx E8 in the NH livery, a postwar C&O switcher like the one in this month’s CTT ,and a Van Camp’s pork and bean set pulled by a plastic steam engine. I had some assorted frieght cars too. You are fortunate to be off to such a good start so early on. You will be in for a very rewarding lifetime advocation if you stick with it.
