I reached a milestone on my first layout this weekend and wanted to share because several of you have been very helpful as I asked questions along the way. My basic trackwork is done and wired!! I still have some industrial sidings to place but I need to build the industries. I’ve been waiting over 30 years to build my first layout. I’m attempting to post some photos below.

I’m sure someone will let me know if the photos don’t work.[:D]

No worries at all here! I like the progress. For some reason the webshots website won’t import the photos, but there’s a quick solution. The photos show up just fine by right clicking on the image and choosing “view photo”. Great job- - - throw some ground foam down and keep us updated!!!
