Good BLI Customer Service

I want to say thanks to the BLI Customer Service department for their replacement of my N&W J sound ship. I had rushed to switch the chip with another J and bent a pin that could not be fixed. I explained to them I had broken it but they still replaced it for free.

I’ll second that. I had two minor parts issues with my 13-car CZ consist. They shipped the part they had in stock – the correctly oriented seats for one dome – right away. The other part – an incorrect nameplat on one side of my diner – as soon as became available.

BLI is top-notch in my book. I used to handle warranty claims at work (Class 8 truck garage) and BLI made it a breeze compared to the kind of things that can go wrong with warranty claims.

It is good to hear you also received good service. This is one of serveral items they have replaced for me in the last three years and not once have they complained about the replacement.

While tryng to clean between the contacts and the axles on my NYC Hudson tender, I broke one of he tines. Three weeks and $7.00 later, it was back in my hands fixed.

I’m glad to hear good news about someone. I am a beginner in N scale. I have purchased items from TexNRails for 2 years with no problems but now I have one. The last 9 days I have sent 6 e-mails, 1 fax, left 3 phone messages, and called 4 phone #'s and have still not had any reply. Any suggestions…thanks, see-ya, Doug
