July 24, 2012, two Union Pacific freight trains, one double stack intermoble, and a loaded auto rack, collided head-on in Goodwell Oklahoma. Two engineers and one conductor were killed, with one conductor surviving by jumping clear of the impending disaster.

My complete condolences to the families of those killed in the collision.
It doesn’t seem clear as to what caused the crash just yet, but I hope the cause is soon found.
