Got this with a box of trains about 4 years ago was wondering if it ever was a train load.

About 4 years ago bought a box of stuff which had Lionel and marx trains in deep need of some TLC and some other items to go with a train layout. This earth mover was among the stuff. Ikept it always wondering if this may have been a part of a load sometime. I know theres stuff out there I never saw befor.

I don’t see it in Greenberg’s manual and haven’t come across it on auction sites. Looks like it was just part of someones layout - there was a small dump truck in my train boxes Dad put up 50 years ago. It was just a toy truck that seemed to be about the right scale.

Merry Christmas

Looks like a possible tootsitoy 40’s/50’s but I’m no expert. I can’t read the symbol in your photo though.

Inside the cone shape writing down it B R W ER (now at the W it either its a flaw in the mold or its an N and a W together like they use to do in the 50’s and then USA underneath it all and to the side in a cicle is the number 1

RT I do not recognize it as a train item, but then some else may come along and say otherwise.

It is a pennant shaped logo letters Banner ?? U.S.A

Try the following website, I think it is a toy from the 50’a

Well, I looked at a bunch of old tootsies and midgetoys, and they are all clearly marked as tootsies and midgtoys… Your dump has the same type rubber wheels as the tootsies from the time period. Is it olive green (army)?

Yes its army green . I kinda figured someone added it from a set of toys or something as it is about the right size. well acually if you get scale its probally a lot closer to S as its about the legnth of a auto in scale lol.
