Hand laying N scale track

I am looking for someone who supplies pc board ties in n scale. I am scratch building turnouts and would really like to solder it down rather than to glue them. If anyone knows where to find them, that information would be appreciated.

You can get suitable PC board tie stock in 12" strips that you can cut to length from Clover House, P.O. Box 62M, Sebastapol, CA 95473. In his September '98 MODEL RAILROADER article, “Handlaying code 40 turnouts in N scale,” author Jim Kueneman recommends Clover House no. 260 tie strips for N scale track.
