Happy Canada Day eh...

Thanks

138 years old today.

Congratulations and many happy returns!

OK, Hugh

Just because the changes in the deal between your place and Canada were a little more friendly than than our split with you…

However, I will join your greetings to the folks to the North.

Jay

Careful Hugh; beavers bite really good…better just wave a flag.[:D]

Thank you!

To borrow Leslie Nielson’s line to Priscilla Presley in the “Naked Gun” movie…, “Nice Beaver!” ;^)

Can’t you get arrested for doing that in Canada, eh [8D]?

No but afterwards you get to check out our medical system after being knawed on.

Joe

AAAHHHHH---- 2 hours of listening to bagpipes and drumming competitions sitting by the sea in Pugwash, Nova Scotia, at the Gathering of the Clans, doesn’t get much better than that eh?

Here’s a tip-o-the-hat and a wave to our Canadian Friends!

Oh heck!..Lets just break out the Molson!

Are you sure that’s a Beaver,and not a Moose??

HAPPY CANADA DAY,EH!!

But for the Canadian Pacific being built despite all the headaches and money problems, modern Canada might be as many as four smaller countries, instead of a vibrant neighbor ( oops… N.E.I.G.H.B.O.U.R). If some Quebecois have their way…[V]

The combination of Canada Day and Independence Day always makes for an interesting weekend in a resort community near me. The Canadians start things off on the first, and are more than happy to party with the Americans right through the Fourth…

And we know how Canada got it’s name - C, eh? N, eh?,D, eh?

And The 5th?![:D]

We spent Canada Day last year in Revelstoke, BC, [tup]where there is an excellent rail museum. Nice campground, very friendly folks, all in all an enjoyable visit. Even visited the horseshoe tunnels in Kicking Horse pass, and the site of their “golden Spike” ceremony (where, being much more prudent and practical, they didnt try to use a golden spike!)

Though the purpose of the trip wasnt especially railfan-ing, its a great place to go for some serious train watching! Highly recommended! [tup][tup]

Eh Hoser! Eh Canada day eh… You know hat that means eh? Three more months to de eh hockey season starts eh!

In America they shoot fireworks for the fourth. What do they shoot in Canada for Canada Day? Moose?
