Right now i am doing research to model parts of the port of vancouver in Nscale. I was wondering if anyone has ever attempted to model it before. When i started doing research i started to do the reasearch i started to think what have i got my self into.

Sorry its Port of Vancouver BC. I am looking at modeling mostly the area around the neptune Bulk terminals but they have terminals for every kind of industry i like in the port so its hard to decide what i have room for.
You sound like me a few years back. I had the same idea. Reality soon takes hold as you realize the port you want to model is over 300 feet long in HO. Go to Google Earth and measure the different industries you are interested in with their measuring tool. Take your pick and model what ever you can fit in. In the end I have decided to model no port in paticular but instead will try to give it a very west coast feel. Brent
