edit: sorry everybody for the thread necromancy. I forgot I was surfing through older topics…
Very cool. I wonder if the OP got it to run on HO track?
Well I didn;t do it yet!I have to order many sets of NWSL wheelsets which may get expensive! |

I’ve been looking for soemthing like this! Any other railguns available, any with a longer barrel.

Which wheels fits? I found one of these babes here in Sweden so if I can get hold of the wheels I might try one.

Here’s this one (Model_1) and here’s the one that the OP has (Model_2). Too bad the pics don’t get larger, but I’m sure some can be found on the net.
The second one I posted is also cheaper than the one from the Squadron site. I don’t know how these would look as HO models since they’re 1/72 and 1/35 scales. They seem like nice models to have in any event.
In case you want to see where I found them, they are from this site: http://www.historicrail.com/
Edit: I overlooked this one (Model_3). It’s the same as the first link I put up but it’s 1/72 scale and a lot cheaper than the 1/35 model.
The 1/72 scale Leopard has a longer barrel. |

look at Historic Rail, search on Military Train
this one is 1/35
Hasegawa also made the Anzio Annie, which was a long barreled 8" or 12" gun which also could be run on HO Scale track If I remember correctly.
