I don’t know anything about it or when or if it really happened.
Does anyone know anything about it?

Appears to be some photoshop wizardry at work here.
Look at the track at the end of the bridge, it dissapears into the hillside! [D)]
It looks faked to me.
Its grainy to begin with, but the sign on the bridge looks especially bad.
Notice that right over the last car on the bridge, the vegitation changes - it suddenly turns rather dark, with long, pointy-ish leaves, while the rest of the hill is lower, lighter green vegitation.
Also, the very last car in the train looks like its a litle flat - it doesn’t look like its really 3-dimensional.
Also, if this was happening, would you be sitting in your seat, all nice and calm? I might snap the photo, but I’d be worried if the person ahead of me was just sitting there, arm on the windowsill.
I would bet that the train in the photo is real, save for the very last two cars - the ones entirely and partly falling off the bridge.
Its not rocket science to carefully add in some veggetation to cover up the tunnel where the tracks should go into the hillside . Its not all that hard to doctor a photo like that, all depends on how you want to spend you’re time. (I’m not saying I haven’t done this once or twice before, for April Fools . . . . .but if I do fake something, I don’t try and pass it off as real. Thats just cheap.)
Looks like a photoshop to me, as well. The first car is real, but it looks photoshopped onto a picture of a model railroad that’s set up to look like the derailment you see.
Ah. . . . Makes perfect sense. . . .Much easier to add a real car to a scaled derailment then it is to cover up part of a mountain, and add some falling cars. . .
The picture comes from a website called Yatahonga.
My French is nonexistent but even I can figure out what this says
“Yatahonga est un site communautaire basé sur l’humour.”
The entire site has humorous altered photographs so I suspect this is no exception. By the way WARNING not all the shots on the site are, um, “workplace friendly” if you get my drift.
