Hello I’m new here with a question,I own a few Live Steam Locos and I wanted to ask a question here. I have an oval 11 x4 setup in my basement LGB 45MMG Guage track and need to know can a Roundhouse Lilla run on a small oval like I have.

The engine in question:
I see no reason why it would not work on an 11 x 4 oval; they say 2’ minimum radius even when set to the wider gauge.
Garden Railways might have been a better ‘home’ for live steam.
Thank you for the quick reply.I will be reading and watching videos of this Loco tonight.

Hello,Thank you,Glad. to be here.**
Hello,Thank you Gabe.
no. First, I have live steam and would never run it indoors for many reasons.
Is it the radio controlled version?
Have you run it outside to see how controllable it is?
Reviews of the time claim it to be very tractable, and not run away. I remember Ruby’s..shipment came in, every one tumbled off into the brush.
4 foot will take R-1, good if you have a rake of slate wagons.
Lilla uses gas. If is the least reluctant to light, you’ve got gas everywhere, in your house, and when it does light you can have quite the fireball!

Why? it’s #1 gauge, large scale, garden railways area.
