I chose your option one. Though since your based out of the US railroad instead of railway.“Railway” being mostly a Canadian term. The first name sounds more grandiose more important. Rob
I like the last one on the poll–shortlines should have imposing-sounding names, and “Superior Railway (road) & Navigation” sounds imposing as all get-out!

trolleyboy: your point on the “railway” term is correct. i was approaching it from the point of view as the RR is partially owned by the GN which was a railway. and James HIll was never really known for being shy about what/how he thought a RR should be!
