Couple of suggestions. TRAINS magazine supplement issue " Heritage Power" being advertised for sale now ( annoying pop-up when signing in on the FORUM.

Also this linked site has a Heritage Family photo taken in Spencer at NC Transportation Museum. [an Album of photos by Patrick Treadaway] (39 pictures).

I guess My Implied suggestion by passing the links on was that one might contact the listed photographers, and after contacting them; one might find out if there was a possibility of the purchase of a copy the desired photograph(?).
The whole session was documented by Norfolk Southern Corporate photographer. Not to mention a number of other individual photogs who were given access to the staged locomotives at NC Transportation Museum.
Quite possibly at some point, some individual or maybe, even the NS will offer those photos for sale(?).
