Herpa HO scale office building...Any info on it?

I have been searching for a medium sized office building (HO scale) that would work for a late 1950s to mid 1960s setting. I’m actually looking for a building that would be brand new during this time.

Looking at Walthers online site, I found some buildings by Herpa that might work. They have an"office" building that comes in either sand or gray.

It might work for the era I model, although it might be a little modern. But it looks pretty good, and is the size I’m looking for.

Sand, 326-6324

Gray, 326-6325

Has anyone built this kit, and if so, what is on the other sides of the building? Is it a hollow building? Hope it is hollow since I’d like to add interior lighting.

It must be part of a new line since I have not seen or heard anything about it. If you happen to know anything about it, I’d appreciate any info.

Herpa is mostly known for vehicles and airplanes; the building has been out for a couple of years

i have built one they are easy.i have two more kits that i don’t were to put them yet

didn’t need any glue, snaps together needs to be painted

It could make a good office building.however,it looks like it’s better as a distribution center of some sort.

Replace the loading dock side with another blank wall and it might work.

Exactly what I was thinking of doing.

I’d really like to see what the other walls look like. Possibly I could mix and match wall sections.

Perhaps hide the loading dock on the other side since on our layout this side would abut another building.
