To contact Steven Otte directly, click on his avatar (picture) on one of the threads at the top of the list. You will bring up his personal profile. In the upper right corner you will see “Start Conversation”. Click on that and it will bring up a dialogue box where you can type your message. He is really good at getting back to people.

Actually, he MUST create a new accouny AFAIK, that’s the way the question has been answered before. And the OP can do that himself.
The exception might be if you wanted to use the same email address for the new account. In that case, the software may not permit two accounts for the same email address for, ummm, obvious reasons. An admin mya have to close the old account if the OP can’t.
I suggest the OP go ahead and try to set up the account he wants, then advise if he needs more assistance.
