Whats funny is about 5 years ago I would not have thought so much about the history of the hobby or who helped us over the years.
Now that I have " arrived" what ever that means i am very greatful to those who have pasted on tips over the years in any scale.
i have very fond memories and strong feelings about those who paved the way for us.
I read on forums all the complains, BUT, many are tring. There are folks really tring hard to make things work.
Couple of times I’ve had folks talk about me as ," we knew him back when"
What about now, as with TOC , and many others , he / we can walk the walk and share it. Some are still talking about it but never walking the walk.

I remember when I first heard or read about him.
Now after visiting and getting to know alittle about him , hes a guy who loves the hobby and shares it.
My whole idea of him has changed.
Now Rene is still on a pedistol and lifted high.
But that will change.[;)]
As I meet more and more folks, they just do what they do, no differnet than any of us, BUT they are tring.
