Does anyone know if either Athearn, Walthers or Amtrak have plans to release this model? I thought it was weird they didn’t offer it with the other P40 40th Anniversary models,
I thought they released it through the Amtrak Store early last year. Made by Athearn, I would guess they would put it out through their RTR line when they can schedule it. Phase IV Anniversary model BTW. I grabbed the decals for Ph 2 before they got yanked off the street and re-painted one of my fading stripes #66.
I hunted down the original post on the Anniversary models and you are right they only did I, II and III
Ya not sure why they didn’t the other three sold out at the Amtrak Store, strange. Hopefully they will soon so I can finish the collection. Thanks for your thoughts.
