Anybody know of any hobby shops in the Ashland/Huntington area? I’m going to be in the area for a couple weeks this month.
Thanks.

The prices rock and the selection they have is great…if you want more directions or any thing else get a hold of me thur forum or email and Ill do what I can…I live in Huntington so no worries…

The shop north on Ohio 7 towards Procterville has always been an interesting place to visit.
Usually stop there when in the area and have picked up a couple of items. Have not been there for a couple of years but they always had a variety of trains, books, and other hobby materials.
take the 25-30 minutes and drive to teays valley… it’ll be worth it
Try Jack Yeagers Main St Trains on Rte 60 in east Huntington where Big Lots is, turn up hill across from the Waffle House.
Full service hobby shops, W Va Hobby & Craft is a winner.
Thanks guys!
Are all the hobby shops so generously listed last year still there? Any changes?
Went to WV Hobby & Craft in Teays Valley last year and loved it. Hope to go back this year.
Being a Kansan, I wouldn’t be expected to know anything about WV hobby, but I have been to the one in Teays Valley, which happens to be Scott Depot where my sister-in-law and family live, so have been there a few times.
Isn’t there also a shop in Nitro? Was at one time, interesting place also.

Basically the same deal here–if it wasn’t for family, I wouldn’t be near there either.
I’ve been travelling that stretch of I-64 off and on for about 35 years. I can remember when that shopping center wasn’t there…
if im not mistaken the one in teays valley and the one in nitro are owned by the same family
I have gotten some GREAT deals from the folks at WV Hobby and Craft at Theys Valley. I have two kids at Marshall so I drop in on my way to visit them.
