Rode Da Dog two weeks ago…it took me 6 showers to get clean…
According to Greyhound’s website, as of April 13th, it has reduced temporarily most of its schedules. In addition, it has suspended service to 64 locations. Most of them are in the northeast; many of them are suburban stops near major cities, e.g. Boston Logan Airport, Buffalo Airport, etc. But some are sizeable cities, e.g. Scranton, PA, Lima, OH, Manchester, NH.
Greyhound has suspended all service between the United States and Canada due to the closing of the border.
The frequencies have been reduced between cities. Between Temple, TX and Dallas, TX, the number of schedules has been reduced from four to three. Between San Antonio and Dallas the number of trips has been reduced from seven to four. Moreover, the fares have been slashed. The economy fare between San Antonio and Dallas is $15 each way; the economy extra fare is $20 for a roung trip going on April 22nd and returning April 23rd.
I have ridden Greyhound on many occasions. For a two to three-hour trip I don’t have a problem with it. Moreover, in Texas, at least, between major cities there are three or four trips a day compared to one on Amtrak’s late running trains.
