Rebuilt 6-motor EMDs. I believe the power on the somewhat TopGon-style Union Pacific dedicated tie trains are PU3200A-6.

Relco was acquired by WABTEC - I think at the beginning of this year.

I would tend to consider them to be rebuilt or re-powered versions of the original model unless they were virtually new locomotives like most of the gensets.

They have a new builders plate and serial number.
