I’d tell ya, but my wife is nearby.
Less than I wanted to but more than I should have
Too much and not enough!!!
As little as possible. It’s a hobby, not a necessity.
You’re working on getting a CSX one now, aren’t you Archer? Hehe.
Matt
More than I ever expected!
A little here, a little there, over the years it really adds up. Of course what price serenity and peace of mind? (Except, of course when there is a little glich in one spot of track that keeps derailing one loco)
OOOps! Read it wrong. I thouight you meant yearly. My total is probably upwards of 4000, but that is over a period of years and two or three different layouts. And two different scales.
Not nearly enough yet.[:p]
As far as my wife is concerned, about $1.99
According to this poll, someone has spent more than $1MM on model railroading.
I haven’t even started yet but about too. My wife is getting into it the more I show her things, talk to her about it, and she is planning on being involved doing it with me. Because of that, money is almost like gravey for me to invest in model railroading. If this post is still around months from now and I’m not banished from these forums for any reason, I’ll probably have some figure in the thousands to give.
