I wondered where are the 143000+ members, when I browse the forum there are about 5 members online and there are names I come across very often

This is the only forum I visit and I like it a lot.I wouldn’t post for the sake of posting however,but if I happen to have a train related question,I’m pretty sure someone out there will kindly help me.I do reply regularly when I feel I can help if only a little and I also come back to see what my comments may have generated.I may be wrong sometimes and being corrected is part of the learning process.I do visit this forum almost every day and very often three or four times a day.

I visit this forum more than once a day. Usually 4 or more time. I like to read other members posts and see if I can help.

Once a Day (maybe more) but always before bed…this is better than a Sedative to put one to sleep!!!

I visit several times a day. I like to read the post and pick up some good info. Also work is real slow this time of the year.

I always visit once every day to see what’s new. Occaisonally I might visit more than that but usually it’s just once a day.

At least once a day. though I only post If I’ve got something to say or some information to give out.

I have my browser set for 7 days. I normally chat 2-3 times a week when
I can just to keep up with y’all. I LOVE YOU GUYS. What can I say, you
make me laugh, you make me mad, you make me wake up, etc.
I am so glad I can chat with others who understand what I am saying.

I agree with Johnnydash9’s remark about the sedative qualities of these fora (plural of forum ?).

It’s got even better since people (Lightbender etc.) started attaching photos – I waited 3 minutes for the “trees” topic to open !!

At least once every couple of days when i can spare some time to log on and see what is happening here see if there are any questions or topics that i can be of help with particularly with N Scale type of stuff. Ive some HO bits but not awhole lot that i can really be of help N yes HO not Really

I do agree with Fergus…yall do ask the darndest things. I still stick by my Sedative theory…this forum is great before bed or to put your mind on other things. Such as “”““johnnydash9 wanders off””“”

Both this one and Garden Railways Magazine’s forum at least once daily to keep abreast of the questions that are being posed, and learn about the problems that other people have with models that I might be considering. If I read too many negative comments, I scratch that item off of my list. This has definitely saved me some money over the past year.

I think that 99 posts in 3 weeks says it all. This is #99, next one is for star. I have subscriptions to 3 out of the 5 magazines here, and after over 30 years in this hobby, I think I’ve found a home.

I visit here 2 or 3 times a day. My wife, kids and friends think im crazy, but now i have a whole group of people who understand my obsession. This is great. Now all I have to do is find somone who will play trains with me.
