Really useful info, but WAY too long. Pictures are good and informative too, but way too much repeating and “um er.” You could reduce the length of the program by redoing the narration, and cut the video to fit.
Even Ken Burns works from a script.

I agree with other comments. Great info, too long, and most of all too much camera motion. I was having to look away so as not to get “dizzy/motion sickness”. I would suggest getting a swing arm lamp for your camera, mount it over your desk/bench to a shelf or wall, and aim it down. This will free both hands and allow you to put each item in frame. Looking forward to more of your tips.
