They were bought out last year by the British firm Hornby, so there probably isn’t an actual e-mail address for Rivarossi. Look for a Hornby address. There was a mention in this month’s MR re new engines coming out soon, maybe the item had a contact point.

Drop them a message at the following page. http://www.hornby.com/pages/cont_hlp.aspx I don’t know how much support they can offer for the older lines, because they basically purchased assets from the receiver rather than an on-going business. There is nothing left of the company in Italy as far as I know.
