If you remove the * from the IMG it works

Wow, excellent layout!!! [tup] My compliments. Very complete, nice scenery, good overall look to it. I’m always impressed to see modelers from other countries who can capture the look of U.S. railroading as well as you have.

Thanks for bringing your RailImages album to our attention.

Best regards

Ed

Great work. Your Roundhouse complex is “Muy Caliente” (very hot!). I hope mine turns out as well.

very nice , i had to re-read your original post to check that it was N scale , i thought it was HO !

Thank’s,

I will try again!!!

WoooooW!!!
It work’s!! ;o)

Thank’s, Simon !

Here a Pic of my Roundhouse.

and Caliente.

Excellent work!

Very nice!

Swizzly, these are some truly excellent models. I have lived in Switzerland for a short while and have friends in Zurich and Luzern so have had the chance to see some of the public layouts in your country. My impression is that the standard of modelling in Switzerland is very high. Usually of course one see all the Marklin rolling stock for a local prototype, so it is really neat to see someone who has modelled a US layout with such a “Swiss” attention to detail. Fantastic job!

Hi Simon,

here in the aeria of Zurich, we ar a " big" US - Railfan group!
We have a Meeting ones a mounth, to se some slid-shows from over there.

Every two Years, we have a big US Convention in Adliswil near Zurich.

See this side: http://www.americanrrfans.ch/

an klick to the 13th Convention.

There you will se how many Frends over here modeling US - Railroads!!

( Sorry my " Swissenglish" ;o))

My next project was to build some Palmtrees from Alden Armstrongs artice in Oct. 2002 M R

Don’t worry about that. You do better in English than most of us would do in German, Italian, French or Romansh. It’s nice to have model railroaders from other parts of the world participating in these forums.

Regards

Ed

I don’t think we’re in Switzerland anymore. Your efforts put many of us to shame. Well, shame might be too strong a word, because most of us do try. But you succeed.

Hello Again Eugen,

Love your photos, as seen on your other post as well.

Looks like you have the [img] business nailed, but still not getting the Smileys to come up as you want?[?]

Testing [:o)]. OK, I took what you had above, added [ in front, and ] behind then changed ; to become : and got [:o)]. However, I only ever use the drop down menu for those things. I do not try to remember them and type in.

Thank’s for the tip! [;)]

You know, every Forum has his one rules!! [:)]

I think in a while I will get used to it!?! [:p]

Can you describe your excellent camera & lighting techniques?
