To my heart felt breaking I will be leaving GScale and any trains. But they still will live on inside me like they have.
It was not you great people here at this board it was my mom on my [censored] asking “how many trains do you need?” to this my answer is “how many eras was there?”
So, Nov 8, 2004 I will start to place everything up on eBay. Seller ID icu_ink.
I have enjoyed my talking to each and every one of you! Keep up your great work guys/gals!
William

William dont get too down, I’ve been in and out of this hobby 4 times, dumped my old lionel at 18, got into and then out of N by 25, then into HOn30 after that at 35, and just had to stop for lack of space, got into G at 39, now 42 and I finally have a place to continue, albiet small, but its enough for me. Just give it some time till your ready.
Hi William,
The fact you won’t have any trains doesn’t mean you can’t look in once in a while, or even all the time. Actually having trains is not a prerequisite of this forum.
Cheers mate,

Bluebonnet, that’s a heartbreak, all right. You have my total sympathy. But nothing is forever, not even being without trains. Your turn will come again; you’ll have trains again one day.

William,
Sorry family is causing such a pain [:(] Been there, done that. Best to pack up the trains and store them for a later day [;)] It may sound bad, but it is true that family doesn’t live forever. I didn’t mean any harm to that, but you shouldn’t let others tell you what to do. Family can be such a pain. I rellearned that though my divorce and still do today. BUT I don’t let my family control me either. I know it’s harder for you in your living situation, but you need to stand up fo yourself too. I could never live with my family, they’d drive me nuts and they still would if I let them. I’ll need to call you on this today. Store the trains for now and dig them out later [;)]
Hi William,
Sorry to hear about the sale. Does’nt mean you cannot to still join us here on the forum. We would love to see you continue to post. As for the trains…what’s in your blood will always come to the surface sooner or later. You’ll see…one day you will be at it again. Take care and don’t disappear on us! Later eh…Brian.
Even if you do have to give up the trains (only you know why that is necessary) you can still participate in this forum and continue to “dream” about the hobby. Hopefully you’ll be able to return soon and pick up where you left off.
Thank you for the support from all of you.
I have been called and I have called others and found it is not so, so bad.
Just like many of you said pick up where I left off. (Can do)
Now I might even go to the guy at Countryside Water Gardens and see if he wants a guy to build them like he was asking me if I did. Well now I do! www.texaslilies.com Hi name is John Howell and seemed a real nice guy.
If your thinking about me selling, yes there on eBay.
You should keep an engine and caboose with your personal roadname and moniker. That way you could visit other layouts and run your loco via “trackage rights” on other rail lines.
Capt.
I don’t have anything with my personal RR sad to say.
Only one around here that might-planning a track is Mr. Howell but he did not respond back to my email awhile ago I sent him this link (he was over on the other board) and others to get him jump started.
Really no were to go…
