How do “tags” work on the forums? I only see one existing tag (freight) and don’t see how to create new ones on my posts
Ditto. Usually with tags you can type a custom one and hit the comma or space bar to confirm it but that didn’t seem to work.
I found out how!
You basically type in the tag search bar when creating a topic and then if it’s not already taken you can press the “create” button that pops up.
Well can you be a little more specific? I’m trying to make one but its not letting me ![]()
Here you go!
- Open up the drop-down menu for the tags.
- Type in the name for the tag as if you were searching for it. Select the "Create: ‘tag_name’ button.
- Success!
I just figured it out as you said that ![]()
I guess that someone else can use my little instruction manual.
1988: Ya dun good my friend. At on time I was going to attempt a tutorial and submit it to Nick. Yours is an example of what is needed. This Firecrown endeavor is so expansive. It’s a shame so many of us ( or only me ? ) are learning slowly by accident how to max out on all they have for us. As a non-Nerd, I have stumbled upon some neat stuff. regards mike endmrw0522251800
Thanks!
I know; I didn’t pay too much attention in the tutorial (bad idea) but I still don’t think that it mentioned anything like this!
There is a tutorial? Where? I will copy and tuck it away for a quick reference. endmrw0522251806
It works be sending one of these two text sequences in a message to “discobot”.
@discobot start advanced tutorial
@discobot start tutorial
Thanks for the answer. In these days and times one has to be careful about responding to things unfamilar. (offend ?, not intented) I are not tech/computer smart…due 2 old age. LOL
I would prefer the tutorial be on the Firecrown website and a simple “click” on “tutorial” would give the instructions to max out the huge data stored therein. regards 1988 mike endmrw0523250951
