Heres the first in a series of Questions that I will post in the next two months…
If you ever met *** Davidson (Current UP President) on the streets of Omaha or another UP city, What would be the first thing you would say to him?
Mine would be,
“One hell of a railroad you run, can’t keep the trains moving”
“Hey, when is the last time you rode Amtrak?”
I might say to him…“Hey ***, I know a good car wash in the Chicago are that may just be able to modify their machines to wash yours once in a while…any interest?”

dont worry…the economy will slow down sooner or later…and when it dose…your train velocity and termenal dwell numbers will inprove then…in the mean time… keep up the over time for the crews…lol

Ummm…*** Davidson is NOT the current president of the railroad. That would be Jim Young who has had the job for about the last six months. Perhaps you should do a little research before you begin to point fingers at others.

Hi ***! Meet my fist! Thats for running you railroad dumb, You need to keep you locos and rolling stock clean, and unpatched, looking nice. Look how BNSF is run, they are sharp looking, they have a great corperate image! Yours just sucks.

After reading many of the posts above, I think I know why I’ve never met a railroad president waliking down the street. I probably wouldn’t regonize most, if any, of them anyway. I like watching trains - not memorizing the faces of railroad presidents so that I can tell them [censored] and sealed by executive order POUS for thirty days.
