I broke the rear coupler on my IHC Mogul. In trying to remove it to install a Kadee, I broke the pin that was molded into the coupler box. The coupler box is molded onto the truck frame and swivels with it. Now I have no way to pivot a new coupler. I tried a new box (#148) but it was too long and hit the rear axle.
Where can I get a new tender truck?
I would contact IHC and see if they will sell you the rear truck. You could also attempt to body mount the coupler or replace the broken pin with a 2/56 screw.

Bruce, if you can drill/press/cut out what’s left, you should be left with a hole? Into that hole you could perhaps insert and CA glue another pin made from a nail, or maybe even some sprue if it will suffice. A tiny screw may to it, although I don’t know if the pivot will work well with the threads. A finishing nail cut to length and glued into the hole should serve you well.
MOUNTING a Kadee 40 or 30 series should be simple enough (Glue). Just get the height right (shim?), and a body mount is better on anytjing over 15"r., anyway.
This is one spot where Wathers ‘Goo’ is excellent. You’ll need a KD coupler height gauge.
