Industrial maps

Does anyone know of an online source for maps of industrial areas?

The USGS maps on Terraserver or other similar services. They also have aerial photos which can be more useful than the maps.

Maptech has historical USGS quadrangle maps at:
http://historical.maptech.com/index.cfm
which may be appropriate depending upon the era you model.
