instructions for American Hardware Supply

I am considering a kit bash of American Hardware Supply, a Walthers Cornerstone kit #933-3097. Before laying out the money to buy the kit I would like to look at an instruction sheet, hopefully including a parts list, to be sure my kit bashing ideas will work. Does anyone have the instructions and parts list they could send me? Or copy and send me, either via snail mail or electronically?

I would also welcome comments from anyone who has built this structure, either as designed or kit bashed. Pros? Cons?

The instructions don’t include a parts list. There’s an overview of the prototype style and a little industrial history on page one, while pages 2, 3, and 4 are simply exploded views of the walls and the parts to be added. There are some optional brick panels for blocking off a few doors and/or windows. According to the instructions: "On the lower part of side walls #8, (the short dimension of the structure’s footprint) you have the option of filling the openings with either solid brick, windows, or freight doors. NOTE: There are only two freight door assemblies included."
Also: “There are enough solid brick and window parts for all four openings on both side wall sections if you wish.”

If you’re still interested in a copy of the instructions, send me a PM.

Thank you to all who read my query. Doctor Wayne has kindly scanned and emailed a set of instructions so I’m good for now.
