Internet Hobbies Update Please read !

Wow ! Just got off the phone with the boss and guess what. The problem is well taken care of. Now that’s what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I wi***o thank those involved in solving this problem and after talking with them have NO PROBLEMS with dealing with them again in the future as I know they DO CARE[:D]

I think you should edit your original post (the first in the thread) to say the problem was solved. With the title and tone, someone could get the wrong impression if they don’t make it to the end.

Wait…are you getting a refund or a loco?

Well both kind of. I got my refund and IF BLI ever does produce them I will get a call from Internet Hobbies asking if I’m still interested in one. Very fair if you ask me. His hands are tied as it’s BLI not producing enough or overselling the run. Guess that’s what happens when a company produces a must have loco
