Interstate Railroad orange/white heritage paint scheme?

I don’t know I’m the first person to notice this but, except for the thick gray stripe and silver fuel tank and trucks, Interstate’s RR’s orange and white looks a lot like IC’s/ICG’s 1960s-70s orange and white paint scheme. In fact I didn’t even know what the Interstate RR was until I saw NS’s list of heritage units, and when I saw the drawing of the proposed Interstate heritage unit my first thought was “this looks a lot like IC-ICG”.

IIRC, the Interstate had that scheme well prior to the formation of ICG. They used it on their Alco roadswitcher fleet…
