Most is in Irish railways orange, but one special current diesel loco is a mixture of grey and purple, all seems to be very collectable.

I’ve got a Lima Irish 201 in bright ORANGE!, discontinued at the moment but Hornby may re-release it eventually as the own the moulds now, nice looking model but the mech is a bit poor.
I just bought the loco as I liked it I don’t have a layout. The likes of Murphy’s models in Ireland are commisioning bachmann to make some Irish liveried coaches for later this year. Seen a few resin kits in model rail magazine here in the UK but not much RTR.

We are a model shop here in Ireland, and we have those coaches on order. We shall have them for sale on August 11th if anyone is interested. I have a picture of a speciman one we received for display if anyone wants a picture. They cost 75 euros per pair, thats about 50 GBP£ or about 90USD$

Just out of interest what track gauge do you use (I assume you model in HO 3.5mm/ft scale) for Irish models, bearing in mind that the prototype is broad gauge?
No, its mainly all in OO gauge 4mm scale. Its the british scale, and we normally only get Irish rolling stock produced when its just a re-livery of British Stock, though more new stock has been coming online over recent years.

I’m interested in the Irish Railway system but could never find locos or cars in local Texas hobby shops to use as “visitors” to my Northern Montana-themed layout.
So instead, my friends and I drink Guinness (or Tequila) during operating sessions & forget about most everything else anyway [:)]
