I have noticed less and less stuff listed on the IHC web site for months and now the link to their web site is broken. Since they relied heavily on Mehano, and Mehano has shift to manufacturing in China, I wondered if IHC has closed up shop.
Bernie Paul had been around for a long time, having started AHM in the 1960’s (I think) importing mostly Rivarossi. Through the years the company named changed to REGAL WAY, then INTERNATIONAL HOBBY CORP, and most of the models came from Slovenia (Mehano).
Be careful tossing around those unsubstantiated rumors. People around here don’t take too kindly to strangers askin’ questions… You’d best climb back up on your horse and mosey along on outta here before ole’ Black Bart catches ya askin’ those types of questions…
This has been the topic of at least two other threads in the past week or so. Yes, their web site seems to be down, and they are no longer advertising in any of the hobby publications. Certainly not a good sign.
Whether this has anything to do with Mehano’s problems is unknown until someone is able to contact IHC and get an answer straight from the source.

[8D] If what is claimed is true, just click on the icon for the fourth page at the bottom, blue numbers, and see for yourself, or you can enter “Search Community” in the sidebar at right, type in the appropriate syntax, and you will be taken to a list of such threads.
Your questions are always welcome. Usually the answers are, too, but some of them can be more like raspberries and rebukes. Just wish a pox on their houses and go on your merry way. [:D]
