I understand that EMD’s original FT Demonstrators were Pullman Green and Imitation Gold/Yellow (MR, November 1989, p180).
Did Intermountain get it right? (I haven’t seen them up close yet.)

It looks right to me. Pullman green is pretty dark. Many commercial models and paints that say they’re Pullman green are actually more like forest green. This seems to be right to my eye, based on this one pic. I’d like to see the front to see the EMD logo but from what I’ve seen Intermountain is usually very accurate in what they do.
