John Armstrong article on modifying an F7/F9

I am looking for the article written by John Armstrong many years ago in reference to his modifying an Atlas O F7 or F9 to make the bolsters better. If anyone knows which issue it may be in I would appreciate the answer. Then I can go to the club house and retrieve that issue.

That should be the one you’re looking for, I have that particular issue and indeed the Armstrong article is in there.
