Kalmbach book numbers

May I ask for help in finding the book numbers for older Kalmbach books. Some of the 2nd and 3rd editions retained the same numbers as their previous editions but many didn’t. Those are the ones I’m looking for. I’d like a list because finding them individually has turned into a prohibitive task at best.

Be more specific about what books – Kalmbach has been publishing them since the 1930s after all. For example, my 1946 Model Railroader Cyclopedia has no numbers. Neither does my 1954 second printing of Practical Guide to Model Railroading. OK I am being snarky here but my point is, you are asking us to do a lot of work and Kalmbach has published an awful lot of books over the decades.

Have you tried the Kalbach Library at NMRA? You might be able to determine which volume edition you are looking for from their collection.

No, no…I know what you’re saying. You don’t want to do the work either. I was just asking IF there is a list. Sorry I didn’t make that more clear.
