Kato #6 Unitrack Turnouts

Greetings!

In setting up a new layout using all Kato Unitrack n N scale controlled with NCE Powercab, we found that decoder equipped Kato locos will stall and reset the decoder functionality when entering the #6 switch or the Kato Double Crossover. Does anyone know how to specifically fix this?

I know the HO ones I use have a screw you can move on the bottom that changes them from power-routing to non-power-routing. That might be worth a try, if it’s an option for the N gauge switches also.
